I have recently had a couple of vendors turn around and buy things from me. It would be really handy to be able to copy their data from the vendor side to the customer side. The reverse situation might also be useful.
I don't think it would be good to link the 2 together, but just being able to copy the basics would simplify things greatly. Even exporting one and importing the other doesn't work because they do not export in the same format that the other one needs to import.
