Can we have a system regarding call backs. To be able to set a date to 'call back' (I have suggested this previously) It is very difficult to record any call backs that we make to quotes and estimates. When we call back we need to be able at a glance see who we have called back, maybe instead of having 'pending' change that into a bespoke column where we can have our own why of recording.
We need to be able to 'record' an accepted quotation before going to invoice
