Originally Sage would import from Starling Bank Business account the total showing as per the Starling Bank account, excluding any 'Spaces' set up within Starling. This suddenly changed over night so that Sage now imports the total of all Starling 'Spaces' and the main account ! This was a big chnage and also totally changes how you manage and account for Starling Spaces within Sage. It also does not reflect at all how it looks within the starling Bank account app.
For example if you have £1000 in your starling bank account and £500 in a Spaces on starling it will show these amounts separatly and also only show your main account to have £1000 avaliable.
Sgae now however will show a bank balance of £1500 (£100 + £500) this is incorrect as only £1000 is actually avaliable and it is only £1000 which will show against your Starling bank account on their banking app.
Therefor there should be an option as to how the bank balance for Starling customers is imports, either as a total of all accounts added together of an amount the truly reflects what is avaliable within the Starling current account and as is shown by the Starling app.
