We offer three different services. (1) Supplying skips needs columns ticket numbers, weights, codes, transport , date, quantity. (2) Industrial Services, that just needs a description box and cost (3) Waste disposal, needs description, quantity, transport.
At the moment you only have one template design option. Creating 3 with a drop down box option would be really useful.
