The standard sales templates do not indicate what entries are CIS labour or materials. The invoice just shows a total CIS deduction at the bottom. My last invoice was paid incorrectly because the lady who entered the invoice inputted the gross amount and realised that the CIS suffered did not calculate out correctly with the CIS that was shown on my invoice. This is because she thought every entry on the invoice was subject to CIS labour charge, there is no indication on each entry line what is liable for CIS and what isn't.
