When we process a journal in SAGE cloud the Reference and Description boxes are somewhat back to front
This is best illustrated and explained when we run a detailed VAT report
If we put the key description of a journal in the Description box it is not shown on the detailed VAT report
However if we put the key description in the Reference box it is shown on the detailed VAT report!"
