Currently to change the date the statements are scheduled to be sent there are 5 steps for each customer surely there must be an easier way tod this? other than
clicking on each customer record
clicking on manage statements
clicking on Calculate waiting till it loads the statement
clicking on schedule monhtly statments
changing dayfor email statements monthly on
Could you not either have a global change facility or an option in business setting to amend the date for scheduled customer statements.
Als have the ability to view which customers have scheduled statements set up with out having to go through the first four steps above
