Sometimes clients receive multiple estimates at the same time, either for different work or for the same work done with different options. It's somewhat tedious for my clients to need to sift through half a dozen emails trying to locate the proper estimate, especially when the forms are all given non-specific names like SE-42.
Adding the estimates to a single file is not an option for most of my clients, and makes the forms incredibly messy and long on complex jobs.
