Email a quick entry invoice - formatted as a sage generated invoice.

I would like to be able to email my quick entry invoices from Sage - in the same format as an invoice directly generated by sage - but with the quick entry invoice references and details.


It would also be nice if I could choose to automatically email a quick entry email in this format upon entry - either by manual quick entry or by import.

    Probably same as S1-I-3111 and S1-I-2258 which are merged and in "One for the future"
