Credit Limits - Approaching or Over

When a customer is at 75% of their credit limit you should be notified when raising an invoice for them which you can dismiss and tick whether to show this notification again. When a customer is at their limit or over, a notification should come up every time you raise an invoice for this customer so you can either put them on hold or continue on a discretionary level.
