The Debtors & Creditors lists calculate balances by 'number of days' rather than 'months' so if it is not being produced on the last day of the month (whose is?!), you have to manually change the amount of days setting via Record & Transaction Settings in Business Preferences. If you forget to do this, you end up chasing wrong amounts for wrong months.
