Auto entry is fine but the account allocation screen for suppliers is cumbersome to use. I have a supplier with more than 30 invoices/credit notes to allocate to one payment. The account allocation screen shows all outstanding items but we pay in arrears so there are more current items on the page which are not required for the allocation. The system requires each invoice/cr note to be individually mouse clicked to allocate but if when you click you click the item not the box you get to see that specific item and when you return to the allocation page you have to start again.
A speedier way to chose the items ( shift /pg down for instance would speed matters no end . OR a way of choosing items by date range?
