On your customer account you should be able to set up the tax code, I'e if they are exempt from tax like a builder.

When you are invoicing lots of customers that have different tax codes ie if they are exempt from tax, its really hard to remember every time and it would be helpful if you can set this information on there customer account. so that mistakes are not made.
