Have the word QUOTE or INVOICE displayed obviously on the relevant document to avoid confusion of what the document is.

Although it's silly from their side, a lot of our clients confuse quotes and invoices and end up paying quotes by mistake. If they're not familiar with the process of quoting at the beginning and invoicing at the end, they often see the quote and assume that's also the final invoice. It would be great if it said INVOICE or QUOTE in big letters somewhere in the makeup of the document so it became clearer to the recipient.
