Correct Transactions - ability to use this function

Correct Transactions - ability to use this function on control or restricted accounts/

Clients often post transactions to control or restricted accounts which have to be corrected. Correct Transactions does not work on control or restricted accounts and thus a lot of time is wasted. This functionality should be enabled for accountants.
