It looks like development team forgot a feature when configuring columns under Customers and or Vendors. Its odd that you have City and Zip listed, but not State. State filtering is very important, and really should be included.
Side Note: It'd also be great if we could generate a customer report. Having some way to export their data (addresses, contact, email, phone) into a CSV file. This gives us an alternate way to organize customers by state.
