When you filter the Aged Receivables Report by Sales Rep ID, the prepayment amounts made by a customer don't show in the report.
It appears that the prepayments don't have a Sales Rep ID.
I suggest including the Sales Rep ID in the prepayments to get a complete Aged Receivables Report every time.
