    Hi,

    We greatly appreciate your time and opportunity to address your concerns. We regret the inconvenience you may have faced while using the application due to the current issue.

    Though by the looks of it appears to be a syncing issue of the data from the remote server. It should not occur without any underlying reason unless the application is not updated to the latest store version.

    For the syncing of the data issue please follow the steps and it would take some time to complete the procedure: -

    Check when the last time was the accounting app data was refreshed and try reloading the data from the remote server. For that, follow the steps below.

    Android
    1. Tap on the menu (Top Left)
    2. Scroll down to settings and select it.
    3. Scroll down to Data Sync and select it.
    4. Check when the data was refreshed. Should be a recent date and time.
    5. Choose Reload Data to reload all data from the backend.
    (Note - Any un-synced or not saved data that does not appear on the web will be lost).
    6. The initial sync will begin. The sync might take some time depending on the data size.
    7. Check that the issues have been resolved.

    iOS
    1. Tap on the Profile Section and scroll down to Data Sync
    2. Check when the data was refreshed. Should be a recent date and time.
    3. Choose Reload Data to reload all data from the backend.
    (Note - Any un-synced or not saved data that does not appear on the web will be lost)
    4. The initial sync will begin. The sync might take some time depending on the data size.
    5. Check that the issues have been resolved.


    Whenever you expect web data to sync in the mobile app, please use pull to refresh the app.

    my accountant wants me to use it but the information is so out dated when I turn it on it’s useless
