As with Sage 50, pop up style message as reminder of specific needs for certain customers/jobs.
Some customers require a statement to be sent with their invoice or have specific invoicing requirements e.g. additional information needed. Other customers have portals to be used for uploading invoices rather than being posted or emailed.
We often get specific needs to add certain information to invoices but the notes section is at the back of the file and not checked when raising every invoice. May also be useful if customer is on stop. Also some of our service plans come with 4 half price callouts and it would be good to track that here in the software. A pop up feature would be invaluable for us.

love this idea, we often get asked to add notes to delivery points or maybe even send a pod once delivered, so this being in a pop up as a reminder would be great
