we have set up user accounts for staff on sage one and when a statement, quote or invoice is sent out, the customer sometimes replies to the document but these do not come into our mail email account and sometimes have been missed. I like the fact we have accountability on sage with the user, but we need the email generated to send invoices to be just for sage and any reply sent to our main account that set up the program so we don't miss any important email replies
