In Sage Payroll Cloud we should be able to add new employees even after the pay run has been completed. We moved from Sage 50 to the Cloud version and our numerous clients gave us instructions a little late that they forgot to add 1 new employee after we processed the payroll for them. Cloud version currently can't help in this once the pay run is completed.
