Sage Cloud Payroll asks you to fill in each month how much you have paid to the HMRC, I entered this last month and then realised it was wrong. You can't changed it once it had submitted to the HMRC, so you have to give them a call. (we all know how frustrating that is) I don't understand why this needs doing every month. On Line 50 Payroll, you entered your total payments at the end of the year. This also gave you an opportunity to review the end of the financial year, before submitting it. I havent done a year end on this Payroll yet, but I hope it is easy.
