Would like to have the ability to create invoices models for regular clients that order the same things most of the time and could be recalled easily whenever the client make an order. It is NOT a recurring invoice on a regular basis (i.e. weekly, monthly or annually) but a recurring invoice on a random basis (manual recall).

Hello Copy invoice would most probably be the easiest. So if it is a customer that orders same thing or close to it, you can copy the last invoice and then post.
