It is most annoying to find out that you have accidentally transferred to the wrong account after you have reconciled. This creates an extra journal entry to reallocate the funds. Or if you have posted a transaction as a withdrawal but it should have been a bank transfer, there is no way to fix this quickly after the bank has been reconciled. This is very time consuming.
