Order Stage between Quotation and Invoice

Sage Accounting only has two stages, Quotation and Invoice. Just because I have sent a Quotation out, that is not an order. Quotations need an "Acceptance" status so the Sales Summary screen can show the value of accepted quotations, ie Orderbook.
