Would like to see a Quote Status "Accepted" rather just "Pending or Declined"

I would really like to see an option on Quote Status of "Accepted" rather than just "Pending" or "Declined". This would enable a company like mine who can wait months before a quote is converted into an invoice to see how much money will be coming in.
