Download to file checkbox when emailing invoices

As a company, we have all the invoices downloaded into a secondary back-up file to use with windows advanced search functions to search through the body of text within PDFs (without having to open) saves loads of time, finding details of previous products sold and this isn't something that is offered with sage

So when processing invoices, been able to simply check a box to have the invoice download to a file automatically for you when emailing would save alot of time over the current system that is having to manually download each invoice separately.
