Two users with different names have the same initials i.e. John Smith and Josephine Simpson both end up with JS as their initials. Subsequently when looking at Sage you cannot differentiate their input. The 'user' is listed by their initials and there is no way to edit this.
I need to be able to track who made the input into the accounts system
