Within Sage 50 you can create your own Letter templates, and once you have selected a range of customers you can then tell the software to print said letter for these customers.
This way we as a Business send out our annual reminder letters to customer that their Service is Due, however cloud has no option for customization available, not just letters to be fair, most places it is very minimal. But thats a different thing.
