In the list of transactions/invoices/quotes, can you indicate whether the item has an attachment? Perhaps with an icon, and clicking it could show the attachment. This would save going in to records to check.

Great idea. I was going to suggest this, but you beat me to it. I am getting fed up looking at individual transactions, to see if I have saved a copy of the Purchase Invoice. I dont process Sales Invoices, as I have a cash business, but can see this would also be beneficial.
