A client has mentioned to me that they find it frustrating that they can't view customer quotes and estimates under the customer activity record.
Instead, you have to navigate to sales, customer quotes and estimates to view them. It would be a great if this could be updated.
Absolutely agree. I regard providing a quote as equally important as recording an invoice, in fact if I want to see what's happening with a customer then outstanding quotes are possibly more important. It's also slightly confusing UX to have the Type dropdown state "All" when it clearly isn't.
