I often get emails from counterparts in Accounts asking for a copy of the delivery note. It would be so much easier to be able to email it to the save entry contact direct rather than having to click print, then switch it from the printer to save as PDF, save it on the computer, then go back to the email, reply, click attach and then send it. I'm really suprised that in this electronic age you can't email a delivery note as well as print it for on parcels, as that it usually received by the site manager, which Accounts won't see on site.
