Date should change based off of the local time and not the UK time

one of my clients has noticed that when they log in to SBCA in the evening to enter invoices the date is already reset to tomorrow's and they have to manually change it to today's date. It happens around 8pm Eastern for both transactions and reports. Currently the date changes based off of the UK time not the local time set in the Settings.
