Being able to inactivate customers, vendors, products and services or even duplicate contacts would be helpful. would help keeps things tidy instead of having to put "do not use" and keeping it active... Also, when we give out quotes, not everyone becomes our customers... but they end up all being in the contacts list anyway... it would be nice to only have them as a contact IF we actually invoice them
