When I was making a rule, I wanted to group transactions when the reference contained Love's, but then some transactions contained LOVE's or LOVES without the apostrophe. When I tried to include all the variations in the rule, it would say 'reference contains Loves' and 'reference contains Love's' but wouldn't pick up any of the transactions because the transaction doesn't include both...that's why I think an 'or' option would be helpful
