VAT Report - add descriptions and ledger numbers

I would like the VAT Detailed Report to include the description entered as part of the transaction, and the ledger account number (instead of just the name). That would make reconciliation much easier.

Outstanding CIS on Aged Debtor and Aged Creditor Reports Merged

It would be useless to be able to add a column to the Aged Debtor and Aged Creditor reports that states the amount of outstanding CIS, similar to the need for an additional column for outstanding VAT, to aid cash basis reconciliation.
