Contacts - Customer & Suppliers: limited space, poor layout in notes & no options to save related information, files, pdfs etc... At the moment there is no link to copies of quotes & no option to add files, you have to go back to Sales - Quotes & Estimates to find information.

Please update the note option in the customer and supplier record so you dont have to open the note to view it they why it has be typed in orginal. When you currently go into notes everything runs into one long line. And not easy to read.

If enhancement to the customer notes field is not feasible in the short-term, please can you increase the 4000 character limit?

I completely agree with this comment. I would also add a 4000 character limit is not sufficient to record customer comments for a sustained period of time when discussing outstanding debts with them on the telephone or by email. It would be great, if a new log area existed where individual comments could be saved. Management of trade debtors and creditors for any business, particularly in these challenging economic times is such a critical area - having the software to record sustained communications would be a breathe of fresh air.
