I think most users would benefit. I am Finance Director for a charity, and we get grants from a number of organisations; from time to time we need to send copy invoices to the grantor - we record transactions in Sage, attaching scanned documents to the transactions. We will then (from time to time) need to copy some of the transactions to send to the grantor. Downloading them straight from Sage is the preferred and efficient solution. The system as it is makes it inefficient. Sage used to give this functionality, but for some reason there has been an update to take this away. I've used other systems which allow this to happen.
