Setting up bank rules can take a significant period of time depending on the business. It would be nice to be able to export rules to CSV in case the feed is disconnected or to be able to import them into other bank accounts

Yes this would be a great solution as bank feeds, sometimes need reconnecting, which as a consequence removes bank rules.
