Reconciling negative and positive bank figures for the same transaction (payment less fee) Merged

Eg, Go Cardless take a fee. Payment is £100, fee is £1. Amount paid is £99. But need to account for the fee.

Can you reconcile both sides in the same bank rec line? (Xero allows this).
