What is the current security customer experience for Sage ?
Can we use mobile to enhance this experience to develop trust and give customers the confidence that Sage is protecting their data in the cloud ?
Use case (1) - Xero use a 2FA authentication app - Authenticator - to provide that additional layer of security without any deteriment to the user experience
Use case (2) - Banks - such as first direct/HSBC Group - ask you to pair the app to your device before you can start using the app and activate additional layers of security prior to undertaking sensitive transactions
Use case (3) - A number of apps use Face ID to identify and log in customers
