For the Transaction Service, we are looking to conduct discovery research and investigate how to improve our 'List' pattern design within Accounting. These lists can be found all around Accounting and are just referring to where you see lists of information, an example of this is the sales invoice page.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete dependent on the customer's answers.
The answers will help the XD team understand how customers currently use the list pattern, why they do certain actions, and overall how we can improve the design for the future transaction service.
