All Stripe issues tend to result in a Stripe Bank balance that is incorrect due to mis-postings.
If we can have the nominal unlocked for Admin users only (or superusers) then we can fix the majority of issues for customers and remove the need to log them on tickets for Dev to fix
This might treat the symptom, but won't address the cause - postings to / from the Stripe Bank Account are based on data from Stripe - we need to work to eliminate the underlying problems that cause mis-postings.
