For the Transaction Service, we are looking to conduct discovery research and investigate how to improve our 'View' record pattern design within Accounting. These view screens can be found throughout Accounting for viewing Sales and Purchases documents, such as viewing a sales invoice.
This research is in addition to the successful survey we released on the 8th of February regarding 'List' views.
The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete dependent on the customer's answers.
The answers will help the XD team understand how customers currently use the View patterns to view transaction documents, why they do certain actions, and overall how we can improve the design for the future transaction service.
