Customer friendly MTD errors

Currently if a customer is unable to authenticate with MTD there is no susict error message to inform them what the error message actually is or steps to resolve. E.g customer gets an error 'unable to authenticate with HMRC' - real error message is 'Client or agent not authorized' from HMRC. To get this info customer has to call support, who call TSL, who raise a search request to devs > back through same process to the customer with instructions to fix.

The customer journey for these types of errors is not currently good enough and would reduce calls, items of work for TSL / devs.
