Quickbooks has the ability to attach files in multi facets. We have a hard copy write up that we'd love to be able to attach and view either under the estimates category via an icon on the main screen and/or within the customer detail section.

When using the invoice or payables modules in enhanced view it would be useful to select the first letter of the client or vendor to get to it faster than having to scrolling up and down the list each time.

On a recent chat, the chat window obscured part of the agent's message as the width of the message was bigger than the width of the box on the screen. I couldn't see a way of changing the width of the chat window to see the whole message.

Create a foreign currency vendor/customer, go to add opening balance for this record. Notice there are two text fields and both labels are "Total ($)".

In Quickbooks, the users (employees) of the accountant are managed by the accountant section. According to this, it's possible to add or remove access to them for each client account.
