I have found many apps to be using Zapier which I use to automate a lot of my accounting however this doesn't currently seem to be supported on Sage Accounting.

Changing description of items on the phone App, the same way that its possible online

To be able to change/overwrite the description makes the Invoice/Quote you provide to your Customer personal, and sometimes more understandable

Search audit trail by transaction number

It would be useful to be able to search the audit trail by transaction number (like in Sage 50c) rather than having to trawl through the transactions.

Ability to use MFA / 2FA for account security

There doesnt seem to be any way to turn on this feature. With all your accounting information in a cloud based system it cant just be secured with a strong password. MFA is a must for this type of data.

Add "Reconcile" as a menu option from the Banking Menu

Sometimes I want to go directly to Reconcile but there are too many steps. I suggest having a dropdown from the Banking menu on the main Home screen - similar to when you hover over other menus.

A guide on editing a transaction when there is a payment/credit note linked to it. How to unallocate, edit and reallocate. Alternatively, an unallocate button in product e.g. within paid invoices.

More flexibility with Logo for Invoices

Hi, our logo doesn't comply with the aspect ratio requirements for the invoice template. But without our logo the way we want it the Logo really looks unprofessional and this is really a bad look for a business.

Recurring Invoices Frequency

It would be good to have more options on the dates for recurring invoices...for example quarterly and annually. Also the ability to sort and search the recurring invoices screen is badly needed!
