It would be a great improvement if the software had the function to digitally send the subcontractor statements oppose to having to manually download and email separately.
Furthermore, I have always been conscious the Payment and deduction statement should include the Employers tax reference oppose to the Employers Unique Tax Reference.
Additionally, could the statements include the subcontractor's invoices that are included in each statement? It is far too time consuming to have to go back and inform the subcontractors which invoices are included in each statement. Thank you.
