We would like to send proforma invoices to our customers with a pay now button to allow them to accept and pay for goods. Currently we have to send an invoice, which is then automatically posted to our P&L reports etc. This doesn't help when the customer takes up to 3 weeks to pay or decides they no longer require goods. If this is not possible then maybe not automatically posting the invoices is the answer, so we can post these manually when goods sent/ payment received.
