I am finding that there are a few things that are long-winded with your software when there is sufficient technology to make the whole accountancy process easier. My current couple of gripes is the lack of ability to email sub-contractors monthly statements directly from your software. I currently have to download their statements and then email them one at a time to the recipient. Since it's a legal requirement to forward these reports I would have thought your software would automatically at the same time the CIS report is produced. I also hate the subcontractor verification process with Sage, you just have a link to the HMRC website whereas with Xero i was able to do this directly from the software and it updates the verification directly.
